Report Damp and Mould

If you have already tried all of our tips and your damp or mould problem hasn't gone away, or you’re worried about it getting worse... report it to us.

If you don’t know what’s causing the damp and mould in your home, or you think the problem is being caused by something that needs repairing, let us know about this as soon as possible.

Do not  try to rectify the issue yourself with bleach or other cleaning products, this can be extremely hazardous. Get in touch with us as soon as possible using the below information and we will help to deal with the issue in a safe way.
