SEH Points
South Essex Homes has started a new points based reward system to recognise residents who share their views and help to improve services. That's right, you can earn rewards for having your say!
What is it?
It's a way for residents to get involved. You can join surveys, focus groups, and community projects. When you take part, you earn points. These points can be swapped for gift cards or treats like haircuts and manicures. It's our way of saying thank you for helping us to make things better.
How do you earn points?
You can earn points by:
- Joining the Resident Advisory Panel
- Taking part in focus groups
- Filling in SEH Points marked surveys
- Answering the Question of the Month
- Helping with community projects
Points are added every three months. You can save them or spend them on rewards from popular shops.
Signing Up
If you've been involved before, you're already in the system! New residents can join by filling in the below form or by emailing the Resident Engagement team on residentengagement@seh.southend.gov.uk. We keep track of your participation with QR codes or sign-in sheets at meetings.
