Nominating someone to speak to us on your behalf
We understand that some residents may prefer to have someone speak on their behalf about their tenancy. If you would like to add a representative - such as a family member, friend, advocate, or support worker - you will need to give written consent.
Your representative will be able to talk to us about your tenancy and raise concerns on your behalf. However, please note that for data protection reasons, we can only discuss your tenancy with a representative after we have your written permission.
To arrange this, please download the Tenant Consent Form.docx [docx] 23KB, complete it, then print it off and sign it. Then either scan the signed consent form and email it to: housingsupport@seh.southend.gov.uk or post it to us at: South Essex Homes Ltd, Civic Centre - 3rd Floor, Victoria Avenue, Southend-on-Sea, Essex, SS2 6FY.
If you need help completing the form, you can reach out to the Housing Support Team using the above email address or by calling us on 0800 833160.
