Nominating someone to speak to us on your behalf

We understand that some residents may prefer to have someone speak on their behalf regarding matters related to their tenancy.  If you would like to appoint a representative — such as a family member, friend, advocate, or support worker —you can do so by providing us with written consent.

Your chosen representative will be able to communicate with us about your tenancy and raise concerns on your behalf.  However, please note that for data protection reasons, we can only discuss your tenancy with a representative once we have received your written permission.

To arrange this, please download the  Tenant Consent Form.docx [docx] 23KB, complete it, then print it off and sign it.  Then either scan the signed consent form and email it to: housingsupport@seh.southend.gov.uk or post it to us at: South Essex Homes Ltd, Civic Centre - 3rd Floor, Victoria Avenue, Southend-on-Sea, Essex, SS2 6FY.

If you need assistance completing the form, you can reach out to the Housing Support Team using the above email address or by calling us on 0800 833160.
