Outside of those times, we operate an ‘Out of Hours’ service via the same number for the reporting of emergency repairs (something that needs to be made safe / is a danger to life) and anti-social behaviour only (you should call the police on 999 if there is an immediate threat to your life, someone else's life, or your property, or if you suspect drugs are involved).
