In order to help us provide a better service for residents, that suits your and your family’s particular needs, it is important that we have accurate and up to date information about the people living in the homes we manage.
This could be about a range of things that we should be aware of when we interact with you – for example you may have a disability that means you can’t answer the door quickly when our operatives or other staff members visit you, English may not be your first language so you need us to provide information in a different language or format, or your household members may have changed since you moved into your home... maybe you have had a new baby or a child has ‘flown the nest.’
