We support White Ribbon Day

White Ribbon Day, an awareness day created by men, seeks to prevent violence before it starts.

White Ribbon ambassadors are male volunteers that engage with other men to spread awareness of violence against women. Ambassadors encourage more men to be aware of their actions and speak up when they see violence or harassment taking place. Men that make the White Ribbon Promise state that they will never commit, excuse, or remain silent about male violence against women.

You can follow the work being done, and take part yourself, online using this year’s hashtag #AllMenCan or visit the White Ribbon website for more details.

Here at South Essex Homes, we are passionate about raising awareness of domestic abuse and Bradley Staff (our Contracts Manager) is our very own White Ribbon Ambassador.
