South Essex Homes Named CSAS Organisation of the Year
We are proud to announce that South Essex Homes has been recognised at the local Community Safety Accreditation Scheme (CSAS) Awards Ceremony, led by Essex Police.
The organisation was named CSAS Organisation of the Year 2026, recognising our commitment to tackling anti-social behaviour and improving community safety for residents.
In addition, an individual member of our Housing Community Safety team, and the team as a whole, each received Certificates of Recognition for their outstanding contributions to the CSAS scheme.
Sarah Lander, Director of Housing Services at South Essex Homes, said: “I am extremely proud of the professional and creative approach the team takes to resolving community safety issues for our residents and achieving genuinely positive outcomes.”
Acting Chief Inspector Jane Childs from Southend District said, “[South Essex Homes'] pro-active action and willingness to work alongside us has meant issues are resolved more swiftly [bringing] relief to those living close by to perpetrators of crime and ASB.”
