Come and Meet Your Board Members
The next Board drop‑in will take place at the Civic Centre on Thursday 29th October 2026, from 2pm until 4pm, with one‑to‑one appointments available throughout the session.
Drop by at whatever time that suits you and meet the South Essex Homes Board and members of our Executive Management Team. If there is a specific topic you would like to discuss you can book an appointment by emailing residentengagement@seh.southend.gov.uk, these are available on a first come first served basis, so we recommend booking early.
If you book, please can you give a short note about what you’d like to talk about. This doesn’t need to be detailed - it just helps board members get ready and make the best use of your time together.
What’s it all about?
Residents have told us they want more chances to speak directly to decision‑makers, rather than going through formal meetings or paperwork. This session is designed to do just that - making board members more approachable, visible and easy to talk to.
Whether you want to raise something small, discuss a bigger issue, or simply get to know who’s on the board, you’re very welcome.
