Change to April Direct Debit Dates | Latest News

If you pay your rent by monthly direct debit on the 1^st of every month, you will have had a letter from our Income team in March to explain that your April direct debit payment will be taken on Monday the 7^th April instead of the 1^st. Similarly, if you pay every week on a Monday via Direct Debit, the first payment will be Tuesday the 8^th April 2025 then every Monday thereafter.

This is a one-off change to the payment dates due to the rent increase that comes into effect this month, so please ensure there are sufficient funds in your account on 7^th or 8^th April as appropriate.  Your direct debit payment schedule will go back to its normal date of the 1^st of every month from May onwards or every subsequent Monday.
