  • Block 33-35a - Communal Rear garden - looks a bit untidy and there's an overgrown Ivy tree.
  • Conifer tree on the boundary at the front of the block is very overgrown.

  • Block 33-35a - Step up to 33-35a needs looking at, as concrete is crumbling - Clive to raise a repair.

A unit and black bags have been dumped outside number 8 - this is not an enclosed landing.

The lights in the stairwells are currently not able to be turned on by the Estates Staff.

There are bulk items in some of the communal areas. Letters will be sent to residents with regards to this. There were some doormats within the communal hallways too.
