Inspection to be completed for external staircase at Block 20-23-Dean to investigate.

Tenancy:

Block letter to be sent to 1-6 regarding rubbish bags and bulk items-Phoebe to send.

Grounds Maintenance:

  • Hedge is overgrown and encroaching pathway to the side of Block 1-6.
  • Grassed areas are overgrown.
  • Grass/weeds are encroaching pathways.
  • Ivy present on the side of Block 1-6.
  • Bushes alongside buildings are encroaching windows.
  • Tree to the front left-hand side of Block 14-19 is encroaching telephone lines and almost encroaching windows.
  • Tree to the front right-hand side of Block 14-19 has basal growth.
  • Block 14-19 has a dead shrub/dumped cutting in the rear garden.

  • Block 30-35 main entrance door push button not working, door not secure-Surveyor to raise.

  • Out of date noticeboard and faded signs require replacing or removing-TSO to arrange.
  • Bulk items and rubbish bags present on landings and kids toys on stairwells-TSO to contact 
    residents.

There is some rubbish within the stairwells that needs to be cleaned away.

The lights in the stairwells are currently not able to be turned on by the Estates Staff. 

 

Tenancy:

There are bulk items in some of the communal areas. Letters will be sent to residents with regards to this. There were some doormats within the communal hallways too.

Grass within the back communal grass is long and needs to be cut.

There are some windows that need to be repaired within the communal hallways

Some items within the communal areas, letter to be sent to residents who are leaving items within communal areas.

Other:

It was noted a resident asked for the front of Riverstone, where it is red to be repainted. This is something that will have to be looked into. TSO to make enquiries with the relevant teams regarding this.
