If you cannot access the app you can call their customer services team on 01702 215006 for this information.

In 2025 we had a fire in the bin room of one of our high rise blocks, which may have been caused by a lit cigarette or other flammable item such as lithium batteries being disposed of down the bin chute. 

Please be extremely careful when disposing of household waste. Items that could cause a fire such as cigarettes, matches, batteries, especially lithium-ion batteries, must not be put with household waste and never down bin chutes.

Outcome of inspection:

Caretaking/ Ground Maintenance:

  • communal garden - Trees alongside a walkway past the bin area to be cut back by estates as very overgrown.
  • Behind one of the flats - resident reported overgrown trees behind them - Wayne has taken details for a team to attend to cut them back.

Repairs:

  • Communal Lounge - Various light fittings are missing - 3 x missing covers, 1 x tube missing - sent to repairs.
  • Communal Hallway - 3 x ceiling light covers missing near Flat 29 - sent to repairs.

Tenancy:

  • Nothing to raise.

Other Issues:

No other issues.

27th November 2025 10.30am, outside main entrance.
