We are looking at possible changes to:
- Your Careline (alarm) service
- Your Sheltered Housing support
No decisions have been made yet
What is being proposed?
- Careline service moved to a specialist provider
- Staff support available:
- Weekdays: 8am - 8pm
- Weekends: 8:30am - 5pm
- Emergency help still available 24 hours a day
What this means for you
- You will still be able to get help when you need it
- Your safety and wellbeing remain our priority
