Changes to Your Careline & Sheltered Housing Services

What is happening?

We are looking at possible changes to:

  • Your Careline (alarm) service
  • Your Sheltered Housing support

No decisions have been made yet

 

What is being proposed?

  • Careline service moved to a specialist provider
  • Staff support available:
    • Weekdays: 8am - 8pm
    • Weekends: 8:30am - 5pm
  • Emergency help still available 24 hours a day

 

What this means for you

  • You will still be able to get help when you need it
  • Your safety and wellbeing remain our priority
