We are looking to recruit an ICT Assistant to offer practical technical help to South Essex Homes staff.
This exciting opportunity is perfect for someone who is a fast-learning problem solver, with strong ICT skills. You should be customer focussed and able to confidently diagnose ICT issues and respond as necessary, communicating solutions effectively to people with differing levels of understanding.
The successful candidate will be self-motivated enough to work remotely, but also able to work well in a team environment; a multi-tasker who can manage under pressure with a high attention to detail. Ideally you will have some experience of working in a service desk environment but must be able to demonstrate a broad technical knowledge and enthusiasm to learn new skills.
