If you have reported a repair to us and would like an update on the progress of this, you can either email sehcustomerservices@seh.southend.gov.uk or call 0800 833 160. Make sure you have your job reference number on hand as this will make it easier for our staff to look up the details of your repair.
Report Issues
If you are not happy with the progress of a repair that you have reported to us, please let us know as soon as possible. We want to make sure that you are getting the standard of service that you deserve, but need you to tell us when things are going wrong so that we can step in. Please get in touch with the contact centre on the above contact details and tell them about any issues you are having, we will do our best to rectify this at the first chance.

Service Standards
We always aim to meet our service standards wherever possible but occasionally materials are not available, specialist contractors may be required, or adverse weather conditions may impact timescales. In these cases, we may not be able to complete your repair as soon as we would like and you will be provided with a new target date.
It is important that you provide as much detail as possible when first reporting the repair to us, so we can arrange for the correct tradesperson to attend first time. If a different tradesperson is required to complete the repair, this will again be dealt with as a routine repair, and you may need to wait a further 28 days for this to be actioned.
