What can SEH investigate?
So far this week we have shared articles for ASB Awareness Week concentrating on the definition of ASB, noise nuisance and graffiti.
Today we will cover the issue more generally by highlighting examples of conduct that South Essex Homes WILL consider to be ASB. Such examples include:
-
Noise nuisance such as regular parties or loud music being played regularly.
-
Intimidation or harassment.
-
Aggressive and threatening language or behaviour.
-
Physical violence against people and/or property.
-
Taking part in unlawful activity such as fly tipping or pirate radio.
If you are experiencing ASB as described above within a building or estate managed by South Essex Homes, please report it directly to the Tenancy Services Officer (TSO) who manages the relevant area.
You can find the names and contact details of TSOs on the Tenancy Services Officer page of our website, Tenancy Services Officers | South Essex Homes, where you can search using the street or building name.
