Living in a high-rise building brings a unique experience, and the people who understand it best are the residents who call these buildings home every day. That's why we're reaching out to you, to listen, learn, and make sure your voice helps shape how we improve our services and where you live.
We know that everyone's experience is different. Some residents may have lived in their building for many years, while others are newer to high-rise living. You may value some things about your building, have ideas about safety or maintenance, or feel there's more we could do to help residents feel connected and informed. Whatever your experience, your views matter to us.
By sharing your thoughts, you'll help us understand what's working well and where improvements could make the biggest difference. This includes things like:
