South Essex Homes Achieves Resolve Standard Accreditation

South Essex Homes is proud to announce that we have been awarded The Resolve Standard , a nationally recognised accreditation that celebrates excellence in tackling anti-social behaviour (ASB) and promoting community safety.
Developed by Resolve, the UK's leading organisation for ASB and community safety, the Resolve Standard sets a benchmark for housing providers, local authorities, and police services committed to creating safe, inclusive communities. The accreditation is based on six core principles: Victims and Communities, Leadership, Culture and Resources, Performance, Challenge and Change, Problem Solving and Partnership, and Learning and Development.
Achieving this standard is a testament to the dedication and professionalism of our Housing Services T eam s , who work tirelessly to address ASB across Southend-on-Sea. Their efforts, in collaboration with Essex Police , South Essex Property Services Patrol, and Southend City Council's Community Safety Team, ensure that residents feel safe and supported in their homes.
Sarah Lander, Director of Housing Services at South Essex Homes, shared her pride in the team's achievement:
"I am really proud of our amazing Housing Community Safety , Tenancy and Support Teams, and other colleagues who work so hard to tackle ASB in the communities we serve. By working closely with partner agencies, we take a proactive and collaborative approach to making our neighbourhoods safer. I hope this robust external accreditation provides added reassurance for residents that we take ASB seriously and are committed to creating safe, welcoming communities."
The Resolve Standard remains valid for three years and allows accredited organisations to display the Resolve logo, symbolising their commitment to best practice in ASB management
This achievement reinforces South Essex Homes' ongoing mission to provide high-quality housing services and foster strong, resilient communities.
