New Automated Call Service

Over recent months, you may have received text messages from us about your tenancy, rent account, or the building you live in. These messages are sent using a system called Voicescape and will appear on your phone as coming from 'SEHomes'.

We are now expanding this service to include automated phone calls, making it quicker and easier for you to speak to us about your rent or tenancy.

What to expect

  • From May 2026, automated calls will come from 01702 938049
  • Calls from this number are safe and trusted
  • When you answer, you will hear a recorded message asking you to press a button to speak directly with a member of our team

We want you to feel confident and reassured when we contact you. If you are ever unsure about a call or message claiming to be from us, please contact us directly on 0800 833 160 for confirmation.

We hope this new service makes it easier for you to get in touch and get the support you need.
