At South Essex Homes, we know how important it is to have a reliable repairs and maintenance service. That's why, in July 2024, we introduced Axis as our new contractor to take care of these essential jobs.
Since then, we've listened to your feedback, and we know that things haven't always gone as smoothly as they should. We've seen missed appointments, repairs taking longer than expected, and some issues with the quality of work.
We want to assure you that we hear you and are taking action.
We have been meeting regularly with Axis to put things right. Together, we have created a Service Improvement Plan to make sure repairs are carried out on time and to the high standard you deserve.
This plan is reviewed at the highest level, and we are keeping a close eye on progress.
