Grounds Maintenance Update
From Monday the 1st of July, the South Essex Property Services grounds maintenance team will be crossing over with Southend-on-Sea City Council to provide assistance with some of the grounds maintenance sites that the Council currently manage, before officially taking over the contract on Monday the 22nd of July.
We ask that residents have patience during this crossover period. From the 22nd of July, South Essex Property Services will be able to provide more detailed schedules of the gardening team's attendance for all areas.
