Maintenance Surveyor

The Property Services Team is looking for a highly motivated customer focused person to support the Housing Maintenance Team.
As a Maintenance Surveyor, you will undertake inspections of tenanted properties to ensure the quality of repairs and associated work is of the acceptable standard. To work with contractors and agents acting on our instruction to ensure standards are met, including performance targets and identify works required to maintain the property structure.
Applicants must have good communication skills, be computer literate, with previous experience working in a Social Housing Environment and a good understanding of repairs and maintenance legislation.
