HR Manager

Up to £50,000 depending on experience (Pro Rata)

South Essex Property Services are a Southend based facilities management organisation, who have seen continued growth during the last 4 years, with over 150 team members.  South Essex Property Services are looking for an experienced HR Manager (Level 5 CIPD) to  support the organisation in its day-to-day HR duties including disciplinaries and grievances, alongside taking sole responsibility to develop the organisation including reviewing and updating HR Policies and procedures

This is a hybrid role, but you will need to attend the office for HR related matters. 

 

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong core HR skills, with experience of dealing with HR cases
  • Experience and knowledge of employment law and HR legislation
  • Confident working in a challenging environment and making pragmatic decision
  • 30 hours per week (flexible)
  • Permanent position Monday-Friday with flexible working
  • Hybrid  working with regular office attendance in Southend on Sea, Essex
