Outcome of inspection:
Caretaking & Grounds Maintenance:
- Bulk - A sofa has been dumped in the alleyway between kingfisher and sandpiper close - Darren has reported this to the bulk team.
- Outside the back of the blocks - A bin has been left in the passage of the back door - Estates Services to put a sticker on it and remove it.
- The Pink bags are also not being collected every week - Estate Services to liaise with Veolia (Suez)
- Block 58- 72 - A Xmas tree and a box have been dumped in the bin room and pot of paint - Darren will sort this when doing his cleaning rounds tomorrow on 3rd April 2025.
Repairs:
- Block 90-104 - Fan light window is stiff to open/close - repair to be raised, and what sounds like water is running in the cupboard - Clive is to investigate this - as this was raised from a previous estate walkabout.
- Block 74-88 - Fan light windows are stiff - repair to be raised.
Tenancy:
- 78 and 80 had a ring doorbell on the door - will send a letter.
- Block 196 -120 Sandpiper Close - All okay - Nothing to raise.
