Caretaking:

  • Block 89-103 - Bin room is full - referred to estates services to liaise with Suez.
  • Block 57-71 - Bin room is full - collection day is tomorrow for black and Friday for pink.

Repairs:

  • Block 89-103 - A window is locked - repair to be raised.
  • Block 57-71 - A Down pipe is broken - repair to be raised.
  • A lot of gas meter boxes doors are off their hinges in all blocks - Clive to raise general repair.

Tenancy:

  • Car park - some residents are reporting that people are parking in a certain way in the car park, that could be blocking the way for emergency services - Hayley has taken a photo and will complete a PNC check and send out a letter.
  • Block 89-103 - Boxes/parcels piled outside number 99 - Tenancy have sent a letter out on 9th April.
  • Block 73-87 - Nothing to raise.
  • Block 57-71 - blue door mat and blue box outside a property - Tenancy has sent a letter out on 9th April 2025.
  • Block 57-71 - another blue box outside a property.
  • Block 57-71 - walker frame outside a property - not currently blocking any exit routes.

There are some items in the hallways which will be cleaned away.

The front door on the ground floor doesn’t lock at the moment and is insecure. Cleaners have raised and TSO will chase.

There are bulk items in some of the communal areas. Letters will be sent to residents with regards to this. There were some doormats within the communal hallways too.

  • Rear communal garden needs attending, inside of the block needs attending and cleaning and bin rooms need to be cleaned out.

  • Some of the walls within the communal hallways, the plaster is cracked, this has been reported.
  • Broken windows & window handles have been reported.
  • One of the lights in the drying room doesn’t work, this has been raised.
  • Broken fences and fence posts within carpark have been reported too.
