- A lot of gas meter boxes doors are off their hinges in all blocks - Clive to raise general repair.

- Car park - some residents are reporting that people are parking in a certain way in the car park, that could be blocking the way for emergency services - Hayley has taken a photo and will complete a PNC check and send out a letter.
