Caretaking:
- Outside communal back door – shrubbery is overgrown and requires cutting.
- Bulk items – blue bin and animal box outside communal back door need removing.
- Outside the front of the block – is overgrown and requires cutting.
- Rear of the block – Carpet has been discarded, has animal waste in it – requires removal.
Repairs:
- Back of block – Downpipe bracket is broken – Clive to raise repair.
- Air conditioning unit on outside wall – Clive has reported to building control.
- Pathway to community centre often gets flooded – Carol raised repair some time ago.
Tenancy:
- Carpark – vehicles in residents car park – Photos taken, and letters sent to vehicle owners.
- Number 71 – door matt and food bin outside property.
- Number 67 – food bin outside property.
- Communal washing line – is broken – Hayley raised the repair.
- Outside the front – garden furniture and garden slabs require removing.
- Number 93 – Hanging basket outside of property.
- Rear of the block – glass table and compost bins need removing – grounds maintenance cannot access the garden.
- Rear of the block – broken washing line requires repairing – residents would like it moved from under the tree placed in the sun.
