Outcome of inspection: 

Caretaking:

  • Block 72-82 - gas cooker/lamp outside back of block.
  • Block 60-70 - Rear communal garden - is overgrown and items have been dumped.

Repairs:

  • Block 72- 82 - Fence to the footpath is broken - Clive to raise a repair.
  • Block 72- 82 - Window on 1st floor is boarded up - Clive advised this will be raised to be reglazed.
  • Block 60-70 - Rear communal garden - sheds are all boarded up barring one.

Tenancy:

  • Block 72-82 - Sheds boarded up out the back of the building due to structural damage - tenancy to enquire if sheds are in use, to find out if they need a repair or we are to replace them - report back to Clive.
  • Block 72-82 - Doorbell camera on a property's front door - tenancy to investigate.
  • Block 60-70 - Rubbish bag outside of a property.

  • Old Wardens Flat - Trees overhanging - Wayne to arrange for estates to attend.
  • Communal Garden - large amount of ivy and overgrown shrubs towards the end of communal garden, to the rear side of the building, are all protruding onto the communal pathway - Wayne to arrange for estates to attend to cut back and remove ivy.

Tenancy:

  • Residents - enquired about a communal area planter being used as a solar panel fishpond - passed onto resident engagement, who will speak to residents regarding painting the planters and adding some new flowers instead, due to various concerns with a fishpond.
  • Residents - raised concerns as some residents are allowing family members to use the communal washing machines - Sandra to send a Block letter to all residents, to inform them to not allow anyone external to use the washing facilities.
