  • Communal garden well maintained – some litter noted in shrubbery near back entrance door.
  • 2nd Floor – communal corridor floor had ashes and cigarette butts by lift.
  • 5th Floor – strong smell in communal corridor.
  • 9th Floor, Bin chute room – Rubbish dropped on floor, needs clearing.
  • 10th Floor, Bin chute room – Faeces on floor, needs clearing.

Repairs:

  • Lift 2 – out of service and stuck on 2nd floor, raised via Customer Services on site.
  • 11th Floor, Drying Room – Key/ lock stiff and hard to open/ close.
  • 6th Floor – Door to Bin chute room, sticking on floor and hard to open.
  • 8th Floor – Light out and needs repairing.
  • 2nd Floor, Drying Room – Washing line missing and needs replacing.

Tenancy:

  • Smart Doorbells, TSO to check improvement applications have been submitted and approved.
  • Decorations in communal corridors – TSO to contact relevant tenants, needs to be removed as fire hazard.
  • 8th Floor – Lift sign damaged, to be removed and replaced.

 Other Issues:

  • 6th/ 10th/ 11th Floor – Fire doors in corridor propped open.
  • 1st/ 5th/ 6th Floor Drying Rooms – Keys not working.

Gutters both in the Cheddar block and the 33-35 rear of Mendip Crescent block will need to be cleared out.

Repairs:

2-4 Cheddar you could see the gutter was overflowing with leaves. Michelle is trying to get a leaf cover to be put on the gutter as a preventative measure.

Chiltern Estate Inspection

There are some items in the hallways which will be cleaned away.

The front door on the ground floor doesn’t lock at the moment and is insecure. Cleaners have raised and TSO will chase.

Tenancy:

There are bulk items in some of the communal areas. Letters with be sent to residents with regards to this. There were some doormats within the communal hallways too.
